Local Resteraunts

If they bring in salmon or steelhead filets, we will fix them in 2 or 3 different ways depending on how much is brought in. We'll char grill with garlic butter or lemon pepper, pan fry or cajun blacken, and hand batter for deep fried. The deep fried can be our regular light batter, or beer battered. If they choose their fish for a meal, they'll get their choice of potato, or rice pilaf, garden salad or cole slaw, and Garlic Toast. this is $7.99 a plate. IF they choose family style, which is a huge plate of fries & Cole slaw it's $6.99. Last fall we had two different groups choose to have their fish cut smaller and beer battered as an appetizer (which we'll do for free) since they all ordered steak and prime rib. And we'll be happy to take any suggestions from the fisherman!  I talked to the kitchen and if you get ice fisherman with a mess of bluegills or perch Duane said no problem he'ld  batter and deep fry or pan fry.  Thanks a million for thinking of us!!  (Prices may vary).
