We strive to provide quality; yet affordable family oriented vacation cottages. Due to recent unpleasant experiences, we have chosen to implement the following additional rental policies: 1. you must be at least 21 years of age to rent our cottages and a valid driver’s license is required. Daily rentals will be based on 2 person occupancy, and there will be an additional $20.00 per person, per night charge for over 2 persons. 3. No sub-leasing permitted. 4. We do not rent our cottages for teenage drinking parties, if you choose to ignore this rule, you will be subject to further charges for occupancy and damages to your credit card and be subject to immediate eviction and No Refund will be given. 5. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. 6. Leases required for any length of stay. We want to ensure a positive and pleasant vacation experience for all of our guests and surrounding neighbors. We have quality vacation homes and will do everything necessary to keep them that way for years to come. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation in honoring our new policies.Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your trip from 14 days of your stay, you will be charged 50% of your stay and 100% within 7 days.
